Hosted by the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council and supported by community partners, the day begins with a breakfast briefing at the Wilder Center, followed by meetings with lawmakers at the Minnesota State Capitol in the afternoon. This is your opportunity to share your age-friendly story and help advocate for the continuation of the Age-Friendly Minnesota Council’s vital work.
Registration is free, and limited stipends are available for community members. Even if you can’t attend in person, you can participate in a week of advocacy efforts leading up to the event and help us by contacting your elected officials through calls, social media posts, and emails.
